Dr Alcott has extensive experience of neuropsychological assessment for a variety of reasons including neurological diagnosis, recommendations for treatment and rehabilitation and advice on dealing with cognitive symptoms, such as memory difficulties.


Neuropsychological assessment usually takes 3-4 hours and includes comprehensive assessment of cognitive functions including memory, attention, perception, executive functions and word-finding ability.  After testing is complete Dr Alcott summarises the findings and addresses any questions before providing a detailed report to the referring clinician.
